Prohibited funding case: Former PM Imran Khan protective bail granted

Former PM Imran Khan filed an application for protective bail in Islamabad High Court in which it is held that the FIA has registered a case under the Foreign Exchange Act court should grant the protective bail so that he can appear in the concerned court.
Chief Justice Islamabad High Court Justice Athar Minullah heard the petition of former PM Imran Khan during which PTI Chairman lawyer said that there is a fear of Imran Khan arrest.
Mr Justice Athar asked about which court do you think the prohibited funding case should go to? On this the lawyer said that case should go to the court of Special Judge Central.
Islamabad high court asked that where is PTI Imran Khan? Why didn't appear? The lawyer said that if the court orders Imran Khan will appear in the court immediately police have surrounded his house in Bani Gala Islamabad due to the unusual situation petitioner did not appear.
Justice Mr Athar manullah said that the petitioners should appear in this court by three o'clock on this their lawyer took stand that three o'clock would be late & they would come in half an hour.
Islamabad High Court ordered that former Imran Khan should not be arrested until he appears in court while the court also restrained administration from harassing the former prime minister.
Later on the summons of the court former Imran Khan appeared.
During the hearing Additional Attorney General told the court that the security bond can be heard if the matter is of another province.
Justice Athar Minullah said in this case the special court should hear the bail plea if there is any issue then we grant the protective bail till then.
Chief Justice said that we are granting protective bail we are keeping the case under hearing and giving protective bail if this matter is not resolved then we will hear your plea again.
Later the court granted Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf PTI chairman anticipatory bail till Tuesday and ordered him to post a bond of Rs 5000.
What is the charge against Imran Khan?
FIR mentions the transfer of 21 lakh dollars from the Abraaj Group account & Sardar Azhar Tariq Tariq Shafi & Younis Aamir Kayani are also named in the case.
According to the text of the FIR Abraaj Group sent money to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf account which was sent to a bank's Jinnah Avenue branch.
In the text of FIR it has been said that Tehreek-e-Insaf submitted Arif Naqvi sworn statement to the Election Commission, but Arif Naqvi sworn statement submitted to the Election Commission is false & fake.
According to the text of the FIR Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf had an account in a private bank which was created in the name of Naya Pakistan.
Case was registered at FIA Banking Circle police station & the case was registered by the Corporate Banking Circle of FIA.
It has been stated in the FIR that the accused violated the Foreign Exchange Act accused are the beneficiaries of a private bank account.
