Allama Iqbal Open University new system that removes all barriers.

A new online education system called Aaghi LMS will help All students especially Female to continue their studies.

The Allama Iqbal Open University which laid the foundation of very distance education system in Country. Was established in 1974 on the pattern of Open University of UK Great Britain. which has introduced online education system under the name of Aaghi LMS this year.

Jamila Aslam belongs to Dera Ismail Khan & she is doing MPhil education from Allama Iqbal Open University. She believes the university new online education LMS system will remove the barriers.

Speaking to News Agancy at the library of Islamabad Allama Iqbal Open University campus. Jamila Aslam also said that: There were many reasons why women couldn't complete their education. Now these barriers will end.

Describing the usefulness of the university online education system. She said that if female study through it. They will be less stressed & calm.

Jamila. education was interrupted after marriage. but now this new online system of Allama Iqbal Open University Islamabad has given her hope to continue her education.

He further also said that I have done BIT Honors from Gomal University at Dera Ismail Khan. Then I got married. My husband had a job so I had to come to Rawalpindi.

Old Postal  Education System :

Old education system  of Allama Iqbal Open University was distance education. But in it students had to send their assignments & papers by post to their assigned tutors" who would mark them & send them to the university. after which the students Numbers were given.

Talking about this jamila  said that in the old postal service system one had to leave the house & it was a long process to go & submit it. Write 1st. Then send someone or go yourself" so it took more time.

About the new system she also said that now every student can submit assignments sitting in his home.

Faiza Aslam is also a mother of 2 children who go to school. Along with this. she also performs the responsibility of household chores. Talking about the usefulness of the new online system for females. Faiza said : If I leave the house. I have to see that my children have someone at home. These things are difficult for a woman to do. Especially for a housewife.

On the new education system from the point of view of a housewife. she also said : If they housewives can continue education with all these responsibilities. then it is very good. They will benefit a lot. She will remain calm.

How does an awareness LMS work?

Mr. Kamran Mir is Assistant Director IT at Allama Iqbal Open University. He told NEWS Agancy about Aaghi LMS: The LMS is basically a learning management system. Which you can call Aaghi LMS. It is a platform through which students can communicate with the teacher & submit their assignments which were sent to their tutor by mail as per the old method. Now with this technology. Students can type their assignments & upload them on the  Aaghi LMS.

He said that this stage starts with admission. When a student applies online. When the admission is done in CMS. he will receive a message on the mobile phone that your admission has been confirmed. After that" the local campus allocates tutors to the students. After that" the data comes from the CMS to the LMS & the message is sent to the students' mobiles.

Aaghi LMS :

He further informed that after logging on to the Aaghi LMS the student can see all the relevant subjects in which they have enrolled & they can check the date of submission of their exams in these subjects. can upload.

Mr. Kamran Mir further said that For post graduate programs that have our online classes or workshops. The students are also able to see the subject wise workshop schedule in the LMS. When will the shop be?

What difference will an awareness LMS make?

She told News Agancy that this new method will make it easier for students especially Female.

According to Zia: If the assignment is written and has to be sent by post. Then you have to go to the post office. :Post it "it is relatively easy now that the mobile is present in every home. Everyone has it. They can create a PDF of their assignment right there. Compose and upload it. This way they can easily complete their work & it will be very easy for women to do the same.

Mr. Zia Al-Hussain Naqvi clarified that the old postal system is not being abolished yet because many areas across Pakistan don't yet have good internet facilities.
