Angelina Jolie Pakistan : UN United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees UNHCR & Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie visited  National Flood Response Coordination Center yesterday.

Angelina Jolie is now currently in Pakistan sindh to help Heavy Rain flood victims.

Speaking during a visit to National Flood Response Coordination Center Angelina Jolie said that  lives that were saved spoke to them but they are not safe yet the devastation that has happened the world has no idea.

He also  said that if full help does not arrive in  coming week seven the survivors will not be saved there are countless children among these people who are in struggle of life and death.

Angelina Jolie also said that I have never seen such a disaster anywhere in my life the victims are in urgent need of shelter medical facilities  food whenever I came I found Pakistani people to be hospitable to the Afghan people.

Angelina asked the international community to do more for the Pakistani flood victims & said that today Pakistanis themselves are victims of a major natural disasters Global world should wake up to the situation in Pakistan.

Angelina Jolie added that this is a matter of life & death for many Pakistani  people. Countries less responsible for Global climate change are facing more destruction & deaths than others. My heart goes out to  peoples in this hour of trouble.

She also said that she has-seen Pakistani army helping people & saving lives everywhere.

After visiting the flood affected areas Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie who is visiting Pakistan said that she will urge the international community to get more aid for Pakistan.

United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees UNHCR & Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie has said that she stands with Pakistan in this difficult time and calls on the international community for more aid to the flood hit country. Will emphasize.

Angelina Jolie is on a visit to Pakistan where she met flood victims in Sindh province & reviewed relief efforts.

According to a statement issued by the Pakistan Army Public Relations ISPR Angelina Jolie visited the National Flood Response Coordination Center on Wednesday where she was briefed on flood damage & relief efforts.

On this occasion Angelina Jolie said that she had never seen such a disaster and she would urge the international community to get more aid for Pakistan.

Angelina jolie said that this situation is a warning to the world that climate change is not only real & coming but has already happened & it is affecting countries that have not done as much damage to the environment.

Angelina Jolie praised the efforts of the Pakistani army and said that she met many people whose lives were saved but also said that she also met people whose lives are still in dan-ger.

Angelina Jolie visited the National Flood Response Coordination Center on 21 September 2022 where she was briefed on flood damage and relief efforts ISPR.

Angelina also  said:  I have also spoken to those people who while talking to them I kept thinking that if the necessary aid does not come they may not survive in the world in the coming days.

Se also said that many children are malnourished and even if they survive winter is coming and the crops are destroyed so the situation can become even more difficult.

She also  said that The needs are so great and every effort is a matter of life & death for many.

Will help flood-affected Pakistan: IMF

Angelina Jolie said that at this time her heart is with peoples of Pakistan.

Pakistan has&been in a flood situation since June this year after record rains above normal & several districts of Balochistan Sindh & South Punjab have been inundated.

According to the National Disaster Management Authority more than 1500 deaths have occurred in the country including more than 5 hundred children.

In the massive disaster people houses & livestock were swept away while roads & standing crops were also destroyed.

According to Pakistani authorities more than 30 million people have been affected by the flood disaster and 30 billion dollars have been lost.

Mention of Pakistani floods in the United Nations General Assembly

Situation in Pakistan has focused the eyes of the world on climate change which is also being discussed in the ongoing UN United Nations General Assembly in New York.

UNHCR: United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres in a meeting with world leaders on climate action on Wednesday emphasized that the time has come for meaningful steps to compensate for  damage caused by the climate crisis especially to developed countries.

According to the news agency AFP speaking to the media about meeting the Secretary General of the United Nations said: My messages were tough.
