Let the politicians deal with political issues don't consider DG ISPR interpretation necessary: Asad Umar
Defending national security is not just the job of the army it becomes 1st responsibility of the elected leadership: Leader PTI Press Conference
ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf PTI General Secretary Asad Umar has said that politicians should be allowed to negotiate political issues with each other.
During a press conference in Islamabad Asad Umar once again referred to the alleged letter & said that the letter was a direct threat to Pakistan that the no confidence motion which was not even presented at that time would fail if Imran and If Khan continues as Prime Minister then Pakistan will be isolated and there will be difficulties for him & if movement succeeds then everything will be forgiven, it was a direct threat that if we do what we want then everything will be forgiven It will be done if you talk about self determination and real freedom problems will be created for you these were the facts of the post.
There is no evidence of conspiracy told to the participants in the National Security Committee Pakistan Army spokesman said
A press release was issued after the National Security Committee meeting not once or twice in this regard. It is true that there are no 2 opinions on it we believe that if we connect its fabric we get its links how foreign ambassadors are meeting people who are changing allegiance to the party we see money. It is coming & it is being shed.
Asad Omar said that the DG ISPR was correct in saying that some military representatives in the committee had said that they did not see any evidence of conspiracy whereas most of the civilians were of the opinion that there was conspiracy. & this was an opinion, Imran Khan did not issue this order that I am saying there is a conspiracy then all agree, he brought it in the cabinet and the decision of the Judicial Commission was taken but then the government left so there is still an appeal that the Judicial Commission Let there be an open hearing and let the whole of Pakistan see what the evidence is let the facts be brought to light on this basis.
PTI Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader added that defending national security is not just the job of the army, it is the first responsibility of the elected leadership that if external interference is visible & there is a threat to national security they have to defend it. They vow to uphold security and sovereignty.
He said that the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces is the President of Pakistan. He wrote a letter to Chief Justice asking him to form a commission. However their analysis should be accepted only demand is that the nation has the right to reach truth the best way to reach it is the Supreme Court, so it has been decided that Imran Chief as Chairman PTI. We will write to Justice again he will be asked once again to look into these matters.

Asad Omar said Politicians should be allowed to negotiate political issues with each other. If DG ISPR does not consider it necessary to explain political issues again and again it will be good for the army and the country.
