Supreme Court of Pakistan has directed  PTI Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf to hold talks with the government.court asked parties to sit together & try to reach a consensus & inform court within an hour.

It is to be noted that a  3 member bench of the Supreme Court of Pakistan headed by Justice mr Ijaz-ul-Hassan is hearing a petition regarding the real independence march of PTI.

During the hearing apex court directed the PTI Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf and  government to consult the court on permission of meeting at H 9 Ground.

Babar Awan appeared on behalf of PTI & requested for H NIG Ground for Independence March.

According to him Mr Imran Khan has made four demands PTI had given H 9 ground to JUI for sit In all arrested workers should be released all containers & barriers should be removed.

Supreme Court of Pakistan has asked the Attorney General to take instructions on PTI demands and inform court.

Mr Babar Awan said that protection of Chadar & Char Diwari should be ensured. Justice Mr  Ejaz-ul-Haq said that it was unconstitutional to make arrests without any charge without immediately stopping the raids & arrests of lawyers.

Justice Mr Ejaz-ul-Haq remarked that he would issue arrest warrants under the MPO.

He said that all citizens are patriotic and important problem is that no one is talking to each other politely. Justice  Mr Ejaz-ul-Haq said that the Supreme Court is an arbitrator. According to him do anything for political interests but do not violate fundamental rights.

Justice Mr Ejaz-ul-Haq has said that we will monitor the current situation. According to him we will not tolerate any violation of basic human rights in political battle.

Justice Ejaz-ul-Haq told IG Islamabad that he is a servant of the people remain loyal to the people Supreme Court is watching everything.
