Lahore: A fire broke out again on upper floor of Peace Shopping Mall in Gulbarg.
According to rescue sources fire broke-out again at rear of the upper floor. However efforts are being made to control it as soon as possible. A fire broke out in Gul berg Shopping Mall last night which was brought under control and cooling process was underway. Rescue spokesman said that all the plazas adjacent to the affected shopping mall are safe.
20 fire brigade vehicles & 60 firefighters took part in the operation. No injuries or missing were reported in the fire and rescue operation. According to the spokesman there were no fire and safety arrangements in the plaza. Rescue teams from nearby districts also took part in the operation to contain the blaze quickly & in a timely manner. No casualties have been reported so far in blaze. The cause of fire could not be ascertained. Efforts are underway to control the fire. Gul berg a densely populated area of Lahore is famous for its modern shopping malls.

Authorities say a fire in a high rise shopping mall building in Gul berg has been contained this morning. Cooling is in progress. All four floors of the shopping mall were gutted in the blaze. About 60 firefighters took part in the firefighting operation.
However a fire broke out again in the rear of the upper floor of the building & efforts were made to control it as soon as possible. A rescue spokesman said all plazas adjacent to the affected shopping mall were safe. No one was killed or injured.
