FIA arrests journalist Mohsin Baig Islamabad also Video
ISLAMABAD: Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has arrested journalist Mohsin Baig.
According to sources, the FIA arrested Mohsin Baig, a journalist critical of the federal minister, the government and the prime minister, and the Federal Investigation Agency acted on Murad Saeed's request.

According to the spokesman, the police and FIA took Mohsin Baig away while FIA had no arrest warrant for Mohsin Baig and no case was registered.
During the arrest, Mohsin Baig and his son resisted and opened fire, injuring an FIA official.
Mohsin Baig's lawyer Raheel Niazi has filed a petition in the Islamabad District and Sessions Court against the illegal detention. The petition was heard by Additional Sessions Judge Zafar Iqbal. Given.
On the other hand, the police registered a case against Mohsin Baig, other provisions including terrorism have been added in the case while FIA Cyber Crime Wing also registered a case against Mohsin Baig at the request of Federal Minister Murad Saeed.
Mohsin Baig has been booked by a cyber crime wing and another by the police. Murad Saeed has registered a case in the context of controversial words spoken on the private channel of journalist Mohsin Baig.
According to the FIA, warrants were obtained from the competent court for the raid and Caesar. During the raid, Mohsin Baig and his son and employees opened fire on the FIA team, taking two FIA officers hostage and beating them to death.
The FIR says that Mohsin Baig along with his son and employees committed the crime by firing on government employees.
The accused has been shifted to Margalla Police Station, Islamabad and further action is being taken by Islamabad Police.
