Dubai: Police have foiled a major cocaine smuggling attempt through Operation Scorpio. According to Dubai Police, 500kg of cocaine was recovered from the suspect's possession, the largest operation in the region.

According to Arab media, Dubai police have foiled Operation Scorpio's smuggling of 500 kilograms of cocaine worth more than .6 136 million (500 million UAE dirhams). Its value in Pakistani Rupees is approximately (Rs. 23 billion 22 crore 97 lakh 52 thousand).
